You can delete all your Swipeloot data directly from within the app at any time — no need to contact us.

How to Delete Your Data

Open the Swipeloot app on your device.
Tap the ⚙ settings icon in the top bar on the main menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the Options panel.
Tap "Reset Game Data".
Read the confirmation message and tap "RESET" to confirm.

That's it. Your data is deleted immediately.

What Gets Deleted

Your player name and country flag
Your leaderboard scores (solo, friends, and strangers)
Your personal bests
Your achievements and progress

What Is Kept

Energy orbs — orbs are stored on your device only and are not linked to your player identity, so they are unaffected by a reset.
In-app purchase records — purchase tokens are retained to prevent fraudulent replay of transactions. These records contain no personal information — only the transaction token from Apple or Google.
Audio and display settings — music volume, sound effects, and star field preference are kept on your device.

After resetting, the app will take you through the setup flow again so you can choose a new player name and country. This is a fresh start — your previous identity cannot be recovered.
